Bargello Needlepoint and a French Knot Poodle

Jill Horwich, a BargelloNeedlepoint.com regular, recently submitted this Bargello Discovery.

She had just completed a canvas by Lee Designs of a pink poodle being walked.

The poodle is worked completely in French knots, and the rest of the design in long stitch, split stitch and basketweave.

But best of all…the backgrounds are worked in Bargello needlepoint!
