Found on page 82 in Designs for Bargello by Nikki Scheuer, the Bargello pattern is made for beginners and advanced stitchers alike.

It has NO step. Stitches are above or below but NOT next to each other. The color photo is on page 70.

Only two colors are needed to stitch this design–one dark and one light. I used navy and white Silk n’ Ivory.
