The second in a set of four small Bargello needlepoint patterns on page 16 in Florentine Embroidery by Barbara Muller, this design looks like small crosses when stitched.
This 4-2 step Bargello line design is ideal for using small bits of threads leftover from previous Bargello projects.
Believe it or not, I actually took a break from Silk n’ Ivory and used Madiera Mouline Egyptian Cotton Hand Embroidery Thread instead.
