Day 152: M-Shaped Bargello Needlepoint Design

Found on pp. 22-23 in Florentine Embroidery by Barbara Muller, it uses different stitch lengths with the same step (3-2 step to 5-2 step).

To work the trouble-free design, I used Vineyard Silk Classic by Wiltex Threads, and Rainbow Gallery’s Splendor. Vineyard Silk Classic has a texture similar to pearl cotton, and makes the finished piece look like boucle.
