Day 190: Herb Garden Bargello Needlepoint Design

It is worked from the center outward to the right and left. A row of 6-1 step stitches is worked first; followed by a row of 3-1 step stitches with a 4-1 step center stitch in each group.

The stitch worked on either side of a pattern repeat is worked in a 9-1 step.

I used Silk n’ Ivory to stitch the Bargello design.
