It can be easily changed by varying color and the number of peaks and valleys.

Silk. They reminded me of coming Spring.

On a humorous note…when I showed the completed design to my husband, in addition to the praise and “oohs and ahs” I’ve taught him to say whenever he is presented with my needlework; he offered that it would be a great idea if I were to save all the Spring, Summer and Fall colors to be stitched during those seasons! Is he kidding? That would be too much “anal-retention”–even for me!
