This bargello needlepoint line design forms a diagonal stripe with varying stitch lengths.
Found on page 42 in Bargello Is Easy by Peri Wolfman, pattern stitches are worked in a 4-2 step in groups of two from the top left of the canvas to the bottom right.
I’m in an overdyed thread phase, so I used Needle Necessities Overdyed Floss and Splendor Silk to work the Bargello design.
