This variation of Day 76′s Bargello design uses mostly monochromatic colors to emphasize what happens when color tones are modified.
The Bargello pattern is found on pp. 75-76 in Traditional Bargello by Dorothy Phelan.
The 4-2 step pattern is easy to work in wool, cotton or silk. Again, I used Silk n’ Ivory threads in soft monochromatic shades.
