Day 95: Bargello Wallpaper Design

Bargello wallpaper designs make great backgrounds for needlepoint projects.

This Bargello design found on the second row, third from the left of the rug sampler on page 28 in Golden Hands Bargello, has no pattern chart.

With the picture as a guide, I stitched the design with the Gobelin Droit and Brick Bargello Filler Stitches, and the Flame Stitch.

Three shades of Madeira Mouline Egyptian Cotton Hand Embroidery Thread were used to work the Bargello pattern.
