On one of my many visits to the local public library, I came across Working with Embroidery Kits, a rare needlepoint book by Helen Perks, Royal School of Needlework trained embroiderer and instructor.
After reading a few chapters, I decided I had to get a copy for my Bargello needlepoint library.
Working with Embroidery Kits
Rating:

This book contains much more than the title suggests. It provides not only the information you need to use embroidery kits successfully, but also dedicates chapters to step-by-step instructions and detailed explanations of Bargello needlepoint, canvas work, cross stitch, crewel embroidery, surface stitchery and silk shading.
