It’s that time of year again…time for National Craft Month. This year marks the 16th annual celebration of the event and crafters everywhere are joining the hoopla and fun.
You can enjoy the fun by pulling out and dusting off some of your old Bargello needlepoint projects, and taking a much needed stitching break throughout the month.
Better still, why not participate in The Craft & Hobby Association’s year-long crafting event by taking the Craft Night Pledge and stitching one night a week with your friends and family.
According to the CHA, people who participate can enjoy the financial, social as well as the emotional and extrinsic benefits of crafting – including sense of accomplishment, memory keeping, relaxation, and spending time with friends and family.
Let’s make the 2010 National Craft Month one to remember. No excuses, okay?
